I applied for a Sears rebate. I sent all of the correct information. 3 months later I received a white postcard that said my rebate was denied, and did not state why! No recourse, no one to contact. This was a rebate where if I purchased $50 in Docker's pants, I would received $50 in gift bucks for future purchases at Sears. I did everything right, and made the correct purchases, which I confirmed with the cashier.

lost refund request was blocked by attornies for hoffman estates corporate council and the consumer affairs ombudsman should be doing his job. just another consumer scam by a NYSE listed company with stores in 50 states.
