Sears vacation Sharon, billing dispute for Sears Cardmember, Gregory Santoni Vacation Rip Off Internet

 I Cherise Aiken purchase a travel package on 8/26/16 from Gregory Santoni in reguards to a great package from Sears Vacation. however I was promised a email confirmation on the package and price to be sent email the same day! On 8/27/16 I called to cancel because I got no contact information regarding my purchased on the vacation package nor any information on terms and conditions. I spoke to a supervisor on 8/27/16 and explain my reasons and he said that he was going to cancel it and send me email confirmation because I told him I was going to notify my bank of the cancellation and he told me no need he will cancel and send email confirmation and that was not done! Talk to my bank to cancel and told them we brought the vacation because it's sears vacation and I was told they didn't work for Sears they were an advertisement only which was another reason I was glad I cancelled! However today sears card member services Sharon informed us that she has a Sears Vacation and my email cancellation wasn't good enough to waiver the cost off our credit card which is unfair when we don't have any information on the company only what I'm summitting in writing. This is a rip off and Sears is trying to make us pay for their product that we haven't never received email!
