My husband purchased 4 new tires from Sears and after making him wait for hours, we ended up with all 4 tires being put on backwards. I noticed it immediately when I saw the "mount this side in" statement on the tire! Not too hard to figure out when they are supposed to know what they are doing. So we waited again for them to mount the tires again!

They also added $50.00 to our bill for some type of warranty on the tires. My husband was never asked if he wanted this item and had I not noticed it later, we would never have known. They said that they would refund the money, but that is still unresolved because they were supposed to mail me the credit, but to date we have never received it.
