IF your are called by Seccion Amarilla, RUN! This company has to be among the worst employers in the USA. The product really has the potential to help the hispanic community, however, Seccion is the agent of deception. The rates change almost daily and the distribution is inflated. The contract with sales is ridiculous and their turnover rate is astronomical. Training is minimal and the pressure to sell start immediately. It is the worst job ever. No one has any answers and good luck having someone call you back with answers. Payroll is always incorrect and of course you can wait a couple of pay periods to get is right. The average employee only works for this company 4 weeks before they are fired. If a long term career is what you are looking for, do not accept their offer!
