Secret Cash Card ripped me off by trying to withdraw a charge in the amount of 39.95 for some stupid secret prepaid Debit Mastercard that I didn't even order!
Evidently, when I applied for a cash advance loan (which I'll never do again) these idiots got my information and tried to charge me for some kind of debit card that keeps all of your info secret when you purchase things online. Why would I need to hide my identity? I'm not a criminal like these people obviously are.
Since I didn't have the money in my checking account to cover the attempted withdrawl, I was charged a 36.00 NSF fee for the transaction. These people have since tried to withdraw the funds out of my account 4 more times!! I have racked up 180.00 in NSF fees because of this!!
I am a single mother of 3 children and am now in dire straits because of this. My bank is no help and I have tried to call this company over and over with no response. I was told via email that they would refund me the 39.95, if they ever received from me, but not the NSF fees. I don't know what to do and I guess I will just eat the fees.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL LOSE TOO!!!!!!!

I'm confused about how you got charged by Secret Cash Card. You said you applied for an advanced cash loan and they sent you this debit card? As far as I know, you can only purchase the card online from their website.
What company were you requesting an advanced loan from?
If the charge was invalid, you should be able to dispute it with your bank, if it's been within 60 days, as an unauthorized charge and do an ACH reversal.
