I ordered the upper cosmetic teeth after looking at the on-line video of a demonstration.  The cost was $39.99 and with all the other charges it was a total of about $60.00. 

I tried many times to use the product carefully following the written and visual instructions to no avail.  The teeth when I was able to keep them in gave me an overbite and caused me to look like someone else. 

On the 59th day I called to let them know I was returning the product.  First I was told that there would be a $15.00 deduction plus shipping cost for returning the product and before I request a refund that I should allow them to offer me an alternative. 

I was then transferred to customer service.  They told me that I needed to hang up and call back and press "2" to get to the proper department.  They were not able to transfer me to the that department.  I hung up and called back and someone answered the phone immediately. 

I told the representative that I was trying to reach the refund department.  She asked me for my name and then told me that my 60 days were up because I ordered the product on March 21.  I then said It has not been 60 days since I received it and the response was that if I shipped it back to them today they would not have it back in 60 days.  I said that as long as it is post marked for today's date, that shows that I am returning it within 60 days. 

As the representative was continuing to dispute with me by saying, "No, but...", I stopped her and said I'm not going to continue to haggle with you over $39.99 minus $15.00 minus shipping cost to return your worthless product.  Keep it and I'll make sure that the public knows that your product is worthless and your policies are even worse. 

Take my advice and don't use this company.  Spend the money with a reputable dentist that will definitely give you a secure smile.  Thanks for listening.

Hi Myra,

We are very sorry to hear of any issues you may experienced with our phone system, company and product. We were sad to see that the fitting department did not hear from you for a proper fitting as we state in the instruction book and packing slip. 

Per our store policies, accepted by you at checkout before submitting your order, we do allow returns within 60 days of confirmed delivery. Your order was shipped on 3/31/15 and was delivered on 4/2/15. Your return period would have been up on 6/2/15 and your return would need to have been back to our po box by then. We are sorry if there was some confusion regarding the store policies and wish we could have helped you smile again as we have thousands of others.
