This company is attempting to rip-off the unexpecting consumer that is having financial troubles. They are another Ameriquest, let you believe that they are trying to help you, when along they were trying to dig a deeper hole for you. My experience was that their Sr.Credit Manager Chad Summers was attempting to have me pay for a drive-by appraisal of my home for $350.00 dollars without completing or sending any type of documents to back the need to do so at the point in the loan process.

I came to learn that he lied to me and stated that their underwriting department had already approved the home equity loan and all I had to do is provide a credit to pay for the appraisal. Luckily,I'm just a little smarter than that so I declined to do so. I did some research on the company, and found a number of issues that other consumers had experienced that were not so lucky. I confronted Mr. Summers on those issues and he blamed the consumer for not be qualified, by yet they stole their money!

I would suggest that everyone stay away from the lender..it can only smell trouble for you iin the end.
