I appreciate your response! I was not sure what to think of the paper, as to prove I am due unpaid wages and/or overtime as defined by the fair labor standards act I would need to provide some type of proof (I would assume). I do not know any of the people whom may or may not be involved in the pending legal action against Securitas and I have not been employed with them for quite some time. Thank you for looking into the matter!

______, I apologize for the slow response. I checked our case management system to see if our office (our attorneys represent the State of Iowa) is involved in any litigation with Securitas Security Services, and we are not. I would assume the attorneys representing the plaintiffs would be able to offer an estimate of what each plaintiffs monetary award would be if they win the case (of course, it will depend on how many plaintiffs join in the lawsuit and what the attorneys percentage of the award will be if they win the case).

AG Web Team:
I was contacted in regards to a claim against Securitas Security Services via mail in regards to consent to become party plaintiff for the defendants (Securitas) violations of the fair labor standards act seeking unpaid wages and overtime. I was a former employee and I am not certain if a case such as this is ever one on the plaintiffs behalf. Is there anything you could do to aid the plaintiffs in their court matter? I am not sure if I have sent this in time however I have attached the form to this email and although I do not have a wish to join this party; I thought I would try to bring attention to this matter as I feel it is something that should be looked into.
