SECURITAS SECURITY SERVICES Discrimination on Disabled and eldery Tucson Arizona

 If you are disabled stay away from Securitas they do not care about you and their supervisors will call you a retard like one at their Securitas-Dana Farber Security Account.  Especially since one of them smokes pot on duty.  Again stay away from Securitas if you have a disablity.

SO it would seem that you are expecting a Forbes 500 leader in the field of contract security to jump through hoops just for you. According to your statements although poorly written and riddled with typos and grammatical errors would seem mildly relevant if in fact in your very job description and agreement didn't contain the phrase "reasonable" accommodations. What did you expect honestly? Were they supposed to remove someone else from their site to accommodate you, or perhaps maybe just send you a paycheck as you sit at home. It is people like you that cause senior citizens to be discriminated against...because you believe the world owes you something. Its natural selection and survival of the fittest my friend. If you cant do the job, and you are ailing all the time don't expect your employer to take the hit for you, and be prepared to step out of the way while you get replaced by a better applicant. You signed the job agreement, and hopefully you knew what you were signing. But then again you didn't even spell check your complaint so I'm imagining you are not the biggest asset a company has ever seen if you get my drift. Quit throwing your sob story out there looking for hand outs and sympathy, be a man, and do your job, and maybe this stuff wont happen to you. Now you have yourself a good day. 

As I sit here with osteoarthritis from two messed up knees and a back that hurts all the time because I WAS DOING MY SECURITY JOB --and NO,I WAS NOT SITTING IN A STUPID CHAIR IN A POSH OFFICE BUILDING, I WAS DOING MY JOB AND I SAVED THREE PEOPLE AND AN UNBORN CHILD THE NIGHT I WAS INJURED WHILE DOING MY JOB!

Security companies will destroy you. First, they barely pay you enough money TO LIVE to start with and then, in the 1990s, i noticed they started skimming money from your paychecks like you had to pay them some sort of MAFIA TRIBUTE to work for them and ALLIED SECURITY, SECURITAS ( WELLS FARGO,ETC.) and others were the worst of those I worked for. One of them would not pay hospital bills I incurred while hurt while working for them --observed by eyewitnesses and my supervisor.

neither would Alliance Security Forces which was managed by Springer people from hell. When I looked back on their divorce records on public record in the Travis County, Texas courthouse, they had a lot of the "Girls Gone Wild" videos that were inventoried as COMMUNITY property so that lets me know PDQ what they really thought of their women employees!

Alliance was a bottom feeder who hired the worst of the worst and took the worst security accounts... They also did not check references and I don't think they checked criminal records either...

I was disabled at Alliance Security Forces who sent a thug out to my house to try and intimidate me from filing for workman's comp. I don't think they even had any --and they went broke soon afterward. The company they sold their worthless bottom feeding security accounts to went broke was well...

AND I GOT JOB REFERENCES FROM HELL FROM THE VERY COMPANY WHERE I WAS DISABLED FOR DOING MY JOB!

Do I HATE PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANIES. YOU BETTER BELIEVE I DO!

the only ones i ever worked for that were any good were in Dallas, Texas!

I worked with people in Austin,Texas who were security officers from the KKK, Nazis, morons, rogue cops, psychos, drug addicts, kleptomaniacs, child molesters, functional illiterates, persons with developmental impairments,psychopaths later arrested for attempted murder, THE DREGS OF SOCIETY who thought they were tin gods because of a cheap polyester uniform and some cheap a*s badge made in a Third World sweatshop by slave labor. They would have PAID to carry that gun and pretend to be a cop. AND THEY WERE PAYING! ONE WAY OR THE OTHER, THEY PAID. MOST OF THEM WERE WHITE but some were wife-beating "Machos" and one was an African American male.

They ALL HATED WOMEN!

Austin,Texas, land of THE INCREDIBLY RUDE EMPLOYERS and SECURITY GUARD COMPANIES FROM HELL, is NO PLACE to be if you need to WORK for a living...

I only worked security in Austin from 1992 to 2002 and NEVER AGAIN!

THEY DO NOT PAY YOU ENOUGH TO LIVE, THEY STEAL FROM YOU AND THE CLIENT, THEY PAY BACK YOUR LOYALITY BY REFUSING TO HELP WHEN YOU GET HURT ON THE JOB...THEY USE YOU ALL UP AND THROW YOU AWAY. THEN THEY MAKE UP LIES ABOUT YOU AND GIVE FAKE JOB REFERENCES FROM HELL.

But it seems that ALL PRIVATE SECURITY GUARD CONTRACTORS ARE ALIKE NO MATTER WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED. I loathe THEM ALL!

Did you ever think of that?

I'll be the first one to tell you that Securitas does not care about any of their guards. But do you care about your employer or the client??? Nope. You just want a paycheck. Do you want to work for it? No. Do you want to earn it? No. You just want a nice comfy chair where you can sit and literally do NOTHING for 8 hours and get paid for it. If the client who is paying thousands of dollars a month for you asks you to walk around a little, you complain your leg hurts and immediately cry discrimination. The bottom line is, you are obviously not healthy enough to be a security guard. You want a paycheck, but what do you have to offer anyone?

I hate to say " I TOLD YOU SO."

But when you do not check out potential employers in the ripoff report, this is what you get!

You get the TRUTH about security companies in the Rip Off Report that you won't get anywhere else on the Internet written by people like me who wasted 20 years of their life in the Security business and know it inside and out!

I was never able to get out of the business until I became disabled while working fior a sorry Mom and Pop Security company in Austin,Texas that didn't even have worker's compensation and wouldn't help me after I got hurt ON-DUTY and osteoarthritis set in and prevents me from doing a lot of things i used to enjoy without severe pain.

I NEVER GOT A DIME!

THEY WENT BANKRUPT!
I WAS DISABLED AND ABANDONED!

THE TAXPAYERS OF TEXAS HAD TO PAY FOR ME TO GET INTO A VOCATIONAL RETRAINING PROGRAM!

PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANIES DO NOT GIVE A d**n IF YOU LIVE OR DIE!
ANY OF THEM!

SO DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!

YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Now I have to retrain for them at TAXPAYER'S EXPENSE!

You need to go to your federal building and see who enforces the Equal Opportunity Employment Act. You can get that by writing to or calling your U.S. Senator or U.S. House of Representatives member and while you are calling them, you can tell them what the company did to you. Let AARP know what they did to you also if you are a member. And if you are a memebr of any veteran's groups,tell them too.

SECURITAS is owned by a company based in SWEDEN! They are not even American so why should THEY care about you?
