Security Metrics just short of theft Nationwide

I received an email telling me I need to  renew my pc compliance policy. Since I have used this company in the past I agreed to pay $303.00 dollars over the phone. I was told I needed to take an exam via computer as well as $303.00    This occured at late afternoon hours. After sleeping on it, I called my charge card processor who told me this is provided free of charge for me. I attemped  twice to get a full refund. They only offered $99.00 because I took the exam immediately after my initial call to them. I feel I've been ripped off.  I asked if any one does it cheaper.  They said I always used them in the past. Never did they ever ask me who My processor was.  SNEAKEY
