The company bought TRI STATE Alarm Company Broomall, PA about two years ago.
Like TRI STATE Alarm company, Security Networks automatically renews a contract for three years 90 days prior to its expiration date without notice to the customer.
A complaint to the company results in the information that automatic renewal permission is contained within the contract.
An examination of the contract results in discovering the automatic renewal permission in some very fine print in the contract. The contract can be bought out for 75% of the balance remaining on the three year contract. For ten-months remaining in the contract, the buyout is $262.12, for a full 36 month contract just automatically renewed the buyout is $943.65
