Security Networks Inc security networks sold me a bad security system and hasn't been working properly since it has been installed in 2009 West Palm Beach, Florida

Security Networks sold me a bad security system. They came out to my home in June, 2009 and said that they have the best security system around. Ever since they installed the system into my home, I've been having major problems out of my security system. I have called them on numerous occasions about the system trigging off by itself and i'm not being able to set the system. They keep on sending someone out to my home and every time they come, a couple days later, or weeks, they have to come right back out for the same problems. I have told security networks since I have been having problems with this system, I would like for them to come and get the system out of my home. The gentleman that they send out to my home, he asked me did I tell security networks how many times that he had to come out to my home and that it don't make no sence that he had to keep coming out to my home and to call security networks and have them to come and take the system out of my home because it has a defect. The police came out to my home because the alarm had went off by itself. I called the police station because I recieved a letter stating that I need a permitt and a registration that I should recieved at the time of the installation that I didn't recieved. I called security networks and told them  about the situation. the representative I spoke with told me someone from the main office from the counclation department were supposed to call me as soon as I got off the phone with her, but no phone call. I would like to get out of this contract because it a breecha contract. they didn't own up to what they say the system was. They lied just to get me off into a five year contract and told me i was steal responsible of paying them to monitor the system. I told them i wasn't going to pay them anything since the system hasn't worked for a full year. i would want the money that I spent with them to be refunded back to me in the full amount of $539.88 back to me. I'm a honest person who don't believe of getting over on anyone and i feel that security networks just simply gotten over on me and thats not right. I payed my money for a broken product and i shouldn't have to suffer for it. Thanks!
