Sedona Beauty Secrets is a scam. I signed up for a trial basis for one of their eye cream products (which did nothing but make my eyes swollen and puffy) on January 13th. I was told it was a 15 day free trial and if I did not have noticeable results within the 15 days that I could simply cancel my membership at any time and owe nothing further. I received my eye cream 2 days later. On the 21st, Sedona Beauty Secrets attempted to charge my credit card 94.31, which was not available. For 3 days straight they kept running and processing my credit card without prior authorization, while I was still in my free trial period. I cancelled on the 25th, which was within the 15 day time frame from the date I received the product (what I was told by a represenative). I have since called Sedona to advise them they need to refund the money where I spoke to a very rude and belligerent individual who refused to give me his name. After that, 5 minutes later I started receiving harrassing private phone calls which I believe was Sedona harrassing me. I would not do business with this company. They are a scam and should be filed with your states Attorney General's office office of consumer affairs. Here is their registration information wityh the state of Arizona:

You did state you were the one that placed the order for this product. When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. Our orders can not be processed unless the cx confirmed they read the terms. When a customer checks that box we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
Our company does not ever refer to the trial products as free samples. The free trial is the period of time the cx has to try the product. A trial period. If the cx exceeds this trial period and no contact has been made our company to cancel, the cx is automatically enrolled to our monthly subscription program. The trial period begins the day the order is placed. This information is clearly stated in the terms and conditions on the Sedona beauty Secrets website.
I have included the specefic Terms from the website : We'll also enter you into our Sedona Beauty Secrets Forever Young Club. With the Forever Young Club you'll get a package of Sedona Beauty Secrets Anti-Aging Duo so you can maintain your beautiful skin. (8) days from the date of order processing, and unless you decide to take an action to cancel (by calling our customer service center at 1-800-918-2757 or www.SedonaBeautySecrets.com ), we'll conveniently bill your credit card $94.31 for the full 30 day Sedona Beauty Secrets System. The cancellation and return policy is described in detail below. Plus, you'll also get a package of Sedona Beauty Secrets Anti-Aging Duo about every 30 days for the same monthly in-home price you paid for the original Sedona Beauty Secrets System plus $10.91 in shipping, all conveniently billed to your credit card.
These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to. Our representatives are advised to inform the customers to check their spam inbox for this confirmation email if they do not see it in their personal inbox.
