Seigermans ripoff Farmingdale New York

I purchased a child bedroom set at Seigermans in June, part was a floor model and part was factory order. I picked up the floor model that next Monday and then waited for the factory model but since I was moving I told them not to ship the item I would pick it up. When I got it home 1 month later the night table that I bought was completely crooked and the inside was broken. (I have pictures)

When I called Seigermans they told me that since I picked it up they were not liable, I should have read the back of the receipt - why didnt they inform me of that whenI left with the item and also why would I think that A brand new I would need to be inspected and also they had it right there why didnt they inspect it when ey received it since they told me that Mr. Seigerman himself brought it to them.

When I called them they had no words for me exceptyou should have read the back of the receipt. How cold!!!!!! Dont buy seigermans its not the first time I heard of them being complacant, they stink and I am determined to let every one know!!!! i have since had the item fixed but i believe the sold me a floor model and as brand now item,....
