Seen ad on Montel Williams show for financial aid for prescriptions. Called the no. and got scbn!!!!! Sales rep was very fast talking and siad he would send me a membership kit and to sign the contract that's in it and send it back. I foolishly gave him my credit card no. Never got the membership kit and I forgot about it. Well, my charge acct. showed $125 they charged me, then the next 2 months there was 1 $90 charge for each month which totals $305. I have called and written but to no avail. First they said they can't refund my money because that's how much the membership kit costs to put together. Clearly ignoring the fact that I never got it. Their next excuse was they couldn't refund my money because I filed a chargeback with my bank and didn't follow procedure. They wrote that they already resolved this with my bank. I wrote back, what bank, I never went through my bank and to please send me copies of this resolution. I never heard back. I am so mad and disgusted. My earnings are below the poverty level and these dirty rats are scamming the poor. What can I do?

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I have spent some time going over your case with our Advocate Team, and I think that you will find the resolution to meet your expectations.

We regret the experience that you had when you were a member last year. We are certainly happy to offer you three free months of membership so that you can get the medications that you need. We are confident that in this time period of using your membership, you will not only receive your medications but also be very happy with our ability to assist you in receiving your medications. Please contact me at 512-406-5057 so that we can get you started.

Also, please remember that the telephone number on the Montel Show is not our phone number and never has been. It is the number to PPARX, which is the same company that Montel Williams promotes. You can only locate us online at www.SCBN.org. I hope you are having a good day.

Sincerely,

Brad Williams
