Seneca Skin Fraudulent charge for "trial sample" Internet

I ordered a "trial sample" of Seneca Skin for about $10, supplying my Visa card number. Fourteen days later a charge for $99.73 showed up in my Visa account. I called the company and was told by the rep that I had had fourteen days to try the product and then I needed to RETURN it if I didn't want to be charged the full amount and be put on a monthly subscription. Nowhere do I recall seeing that in the fine print when I placed my order. The rep refused to give me a refund but offered to charge me only $42.88 for the "trial sample" and to cancel my subscription. I have been ripped off, and others need to know about this.
