Their internet ad says free trial offer. It was promoted as Seneca Skin now I see they are calling it Avoir.

Ok, I was willing to take a risk. Pay for shipping. Get the product. Then find they have charged my credit card $99 for a .50 0z, 15ml bottle of this skin cream. I called them and told them I had not authroized the charge. They offered to give me the product for half price. WHen I said not they told me to RETURN the bottle and proceeded to give me a RA number. THis is such a hassle and such a scam. They said that I had to have called them to cancel the charge within 21 days of placing the order for the "Free" sample. It is not a sample it is a trial offer for which you will be billed unless you pay to ship it back to them.

seneca skin & vitabella anti aging cream Made an order for a trial size of the two products in August 2024. Paid S&H $4.95 x2.=$9.90. Suddenly found that my credit card account was charged $199. Only now read the small print: after 16 days trial the company, if I will not call them (there was no phone no. provided) will charge authomatically my credit card as I will be enrolled in auto-ship program. To this date (almost three month later) I didn't get any shipment from them. Internet
