Sephora's own website clearly states that you can use up to three egift cards or gift cards towards the online purchase. I had two I wanted to use. I tried to purchase some items online and use two different egift cards for the purchase but it wouldn't let me. I tried to call the phone line but that was closed. I emailed CS and they said they temporarily disabled the multi egift card and I would have to call them in order to use more than one egift card. One of the egift cards was a promotion they had sent out with an expiration date and it had a higher value than my other egift card. I tried several times to try and use more than one card but the website does not allow more than one even though the website CLEARLY states than you can use up to three. Now I have an extra card and will have to make ANOTHER purchase. Their CS was completely useless. It smells like a scam to make people make more purchases. They are such liars!

You said " I emailed CS and they said they temporarily disabled the multi egift card and I would have to call them in order to use more than one egift card." Emphasis is mine.
It doesn't sound like a scam to me. They said the restriction is temporary and that you can call if you need to use more than one card in the meantime.
Did you call them? Maybe they're having some kind of technical issue.
