Septic Savior Krane Products Harrassing phone calls, violating do not call requests, aggressive deceptive business practices Deerfield Beach, Florida

We made the mistake of buying from Krane Products over 10 years ago; once we discovered that their product was undesired we tried severing our relationship with great difficulty - they continued to call even though we asked them to stop and even tried sending us products we didn't order. When they finally went out of business/were bought out by another company, we were harrassed again! We asked them to put us on their do-not-call list a couple years ago, yet we got called again. This morning "Tom" called us again, and when I asked him to put us on the do-not-call list he retorted "Don't tell me what to do!" and began with a rude tirade. I told him we had a different system and didn't need his product and he shouted back at everything I said. He made the mistake of calling back twice from a different phone number and got my husband instead of me - wanted to know what kind of trouble he was going to be in and said we were "full of !$#@*&". We were wondering how he hoped to sell anything by his outrageous behavior, but reason obviously never entered his mind...we are filing with the BBB, the IL States Attorney, and every consumer complaint agency we know. Have nothing to do with this company - they have nothing to offer but harrassment!
