I went to sequence hair in englewood ,nj to add more volume to the crown of my hair,I paid $3200 for a "intergration wig" and was told to come back in 3 weeks to have it "blended into my existing hair"...when I went to my appointment the hair I had ordered was sewn into my hair very tightly ,when I complained to the technition ,"Sindy" I was told that she had to do it so tight so that it wouldnt come out,she then told me it was almost impossible to get an appointment at sequence if there was a problem so she gave me her home # and address in Bultler ,NJ and assurred me she could fix this problem at a discount rate if I didnt mention it to the owner..I felt very uncomfortable with this and when I left made an app w/different for 3 weeks later,but after a few days the throbbing in my head still didnt stop and i needed to have this process removed..when I called to make an appointment I was they had nothing for 2 weeks and in the mean time I should pour the astringent"sea breeze" on my hair for relief...why would a facial toner provide any relief?...to make a long story short,I endured the pain for 2 weeks and went in and was "christina" this time,christina ripped the process out of my hair leaving me with bald spots that still havent grown back yet and it has been over 3 months,and also had the nerve to try to work out a deal with me to fix my hair if I went to her house! she actually slipped me her phone # and address,which was on the same street as sequence but in Leonia !! are you kidding,i asked,you just left me bald..I did speak to the owner who told me "hopefully my hair wiil grow back "but he doesnt give refunds...I am currently filing a lawsuit and I do believe I will win,the contract I signed said nothing about leaving me bald...sequence should be shut down!! I have actually had to see a psychiatrist over the depression I feel over being bald..

was told she had to doo it this tight so it wouldnt come loose..she then told me to wash iot when I went home and it would loosen,I did and it didnt loosen,i called them back and was told they couldnt fit me into their schedule for at least 3 weeks,with no other options I accepted the appointment

Sequence is more than willing to resolve any dissatisfaction. I strongly recommend any discontented customers to contact Sequence to let the company know what they didnt like. Sequence will go above and beyond to adjust or do whats needed to turn around any dissatisfaction and make a happy and steady client. Please call our Guest Relations Manager at 201-567-5332. Sequencing enables you to leave your own hair alone, so that your scalp will breathe freely and your own hair will grow naturally. Theres no glue and no shaving. No other method can offer these claims.

I encourage anyone to contact Sequence and let us know how your experience with Sequence can be rectified to become a happy client. I am quite confident that Sequence will make what ever adjustments needed to turn around any particular situation so you will be as happy as you had expected.
