I went to sequence to have some volume added to my hair,I first saw a tech. names christina that took the piece of hair I just bought for$2200 and weaved it into my hair with some sort of thread,it was so tight i had to stop her several times and ask her to loosen the thread, she told me it had to be this tight so that it didnt come off,she then cut a part into the piece and when she did that she siad"uh-oh",which,obviously no one wants to hear when getting their hair done..I asked what was the matter and she said she thought she cut the piece to far but assured me that if there were any problems to call her at home and she would fix it at no extra charge and then gave me her phone# and address (which was actually on grand ave as well)...I went home with my head throbbing to the point where i couldnt sleep that night and then i noticed the piece started to open up at the part where she had cut it,i called Sequence and was seen a few days later this time by a girl named sindy ,who was equally as rough on my hair, she sewded the piece back up and offered me the same deal as christina, saying in i went to her home in butler,nj she would "cut me a deal" and let me know that the hair i paid $2200 for only cost about $150 for them to buy, talk about a price mark up!anyway,to make a long story short I had to go back to sequence on a weekly basis and keep having this piece re-secured,i had it completely removed and re-secured 4 times in a month, and i actually had it completely resecured twice in one day when the tech. named candace placed it to far back on my head and then wanted to charge me $1200 to add more hair to have it look normal, absurd!! from all this wear and tear on my hair and them being so rough with my hair I now have bald spots and extremely thin hair,I now have to wear a wig until I can get a transplant,I have been to see a few doctors and they have all told me the hair will not grow back because it was literally pulled out of my head, traumatic removal results in permanant loss.i only went to sequece fo a little boost in volume,Ihad been to don costa images a week before sequence and was told they didnt think i needed any hair added as my hair wasnt thin,so I went from normal to balding all thanks to sequence..I had been in to see the owner,Dino Dondiego many times and the last time he actually wanted to charge me for a new hair piece to replace the one that his tech had cut and damaged,i went from a hair piece that was 7"from forehead to back and 6' across to a piece that was 3'x3' all because of his hairdressers neglegence, everytime they would sew up the piece they would make it smaller, not to mention the fact that i am now bald because of their neglence.I have hired a lawyer who said their contract will not hold up due to their neglegence and all the proof(pic's,dr's reports, hair transplant estimates, ect) i have provided ,so if anyone says you cant sue them, talk to a lawyer because I know you can and do yourself a favor, buy something called in intergration wig with comb locks,it is the same product at about 1/8 of the price with no hair damage at all..p.s. dino also told me at our first meeting he guaranteed no damage to my hair ,at our last meeting he said"sorry about all your hair loss, but it should grow back"..yeah,right.

Sequence is more than willing to resolve any dissatisfaction. I strongly recommend any discontented customers to contact Sequence to let the company know what they didn't like. Sequence will go above and beyond to adjust or do what's needed to turn around any dissatisfaction and make a happy and steady client. Please call our Guest Relations Manager at 201-567-5332.

All of our stylists are New Jersey licensed hairdressers for 2 or more years. In addition to the two year minimum, all stylists have been trained and certified in the Sequencing method by the inventor of the product. This certification includes an intensive 4 week training program before the stylist is permitted behind the chair.

I encourage anyone to contact Sequence and let us know how your experience with Sequence can be rectified to become a happy client. I am quite confident that Sequence will make what ever adjustments needed to turn around any particular situation so you will be as happy as you had expected.
