A couple of monthis ago I responded to an on-line offer to receive trial size skin cream and eye cream.   There was a fee of under $5 each for shipping and handling.    After some time I received the skin care followed some time later by the eye cream.   I did not expect to have an issue, so I did not bother to make note of the dates.    Each carton contained the product and nothing else--no invoice, shipping info, contact info.....nothing!    I thought the products were generous sample sizes, but wondered how the company operated if they did not give me even re-ordering information!!  Ok....now I come to find out about the FINE PRINT at time of order.    The 14 day free trial products are not free trial products---they are full size products sent for you to try.    Next, the trial starts when they ship the products---not when you receive them!!    They do answer the telephone # that I found on the Joven bottle, 1-800-930-7851.   It is a # that deals with probably most of the iternet scam products you see offered on the internet because I didn't identify the product and she mentioned others before finding my file.   They charged $85+ twice a couple of weeks after sending the trial product.   This month I received one of the products again and checked my credit card......lo and behold to find they've already charged me $85+ twice again.   I called my credit card company to block these charges.   I called the Joven company, but they will only give me half price and want to charge $19.99 each to re-stock the returned products!!   While they can refer to their fine print....this is an unethical selling practice.   It's a darn shame, but many more people than me have been losing money on these scams.   I have never done this before (and I'm old) and will never do again.   Beware because if it sounds too good to be true, it is!!
