Hello, I purchased a Serta mattress about 5 years ago...and I thought that mattress's were warranted for about 10 years...well, mine was sagging in the middle about 1.5 inches approximately, enough to notice and enough to cause back problems... well they came out and denied my claim because they said the sagging had to be at least 2 inches...I have no choice but to let someone know, don't by Serta..thanks
