Ashley Furniture I purchased serta mattress at ashleys ended up laying in 6" ditches, they replaced happened again in 6 months. The best Tina Coomer could say is all sales are final! Louisville, Kentucky

 I purchased $2,000 Serta Mattress at Ashleys furniture. Within 2 years my wife and I were lying in two ditches about 6" deep. Went to Ashleys and told them what was going on. They sent a repair tech out which took a couple of weeks. When the repair tech came he said he had never seen one of these mattresses ever do what ours had done. They laid a 2 x 4 across bed and took a tape measure and measured about 6 to 7" deep ditches on both sides of our bed. Keep in mind i and 6'5" and 220lbs and my wife is 5'2" and 120lbs and we had the same on both sides of the bed. It took Ashleys a couple of weeks to get it replaced.

Here we are now about a year later with the second mattress, now of course it was different because they did not make our mattress any longer. The sales person said you will not have any trouble out of this mattress it is so much better. Guess what, six months after getting this mattress we are laying in two ditches again. I went back to the store and ask for a refund and they said no. They would have to send a tech out to replace it. How many times do i have to do this? well six months goes by nobody shows up or even calls.

I just called again today and spoke to the new manager Tina Coomer and all she could say is all sales are final!!!! Big MANAGER! Wow, what happened to the customer is always right, and the customer comes first? I have spent thousands of dollars filling two homes and this is how they choose to treat me. I ask to speak to the CEO and they refused. All they wanted to do was put me through the same old crap again of sending out a tech and making me replace it again. I just want my money back so i could go some where today and get a mattress today, not weeks from now while they fool around! How many chances do they get? My wife just had surgery and i have to put her on the floor to be able to rest. Wow Thanks Ashleys, I will be sure to furnish another house with you! NOT!!!!!!!!
