Below is a Converstion over Tickets that I had with Server Pronto, Notice more then one CSR was involved SP1504 and SP1505, I have Censored Some things in this Conversation as I dont want my Full name out on the internet this issue still has yet to be resolved

I Have Faxed in a Copy of the Cancellation of Service Form you provided me Earlier a Few months ago and my account is still active i would like to terminate it IMMEDIATELY please send me Verification when this is Done

Sr. we checked from 15, 16 and 17 of April 2009 and have not one single fax from you Sr during any of those days. Can you confirm that you sent it on that date Sr?

Here is a Copy of the Form in Witch i sent on that Date
(censored as full name and Credit card info on Fax)

i will also be refaxing this to you in the next 1/2 hr
i spoke to Manuel and have verifyed that i will not be charged anything to cancel this also i have informed him that the I CANNOT send an Image of the Card as it has been terminated

Mr.**** that only shows that you have a cover sheet filled and ready to be submitted for cancellation of services. The form does not show, however, the date that you claim it was sent to us. Without a proof that you faxed the documents on time the account will remain open an active. There are no fees for cancellation on accounts, the only fees are those pertaining to the use, etc of the server. If you do not possess the credit card no longer please check to see if you have an old photo copy of it and if not make sure that you add a note to the documents you need to submit to us for cancellation stating the lack of the photo copy for the cc.

yes i sent in all the forms yesterday in 2 faxes one fax containing the cancellation form the second containing my ID on the first form i said i cannot give you the Credit Card as i have canceled the account now cancel my account and send me confirmation

id like to be updated on how this "investigation" is going... i faxed the cacelation form on June 15th its July 21'st (more then a Month later) and my account is still active. on June 16th you stated you will be canceling it accordingly. why is this account still open? and why am i still being charged?
