ServerPronto infolink Server Pronto Over Billed me $600 - won't refund the money Internet, Internet

If you want a very poor server and a company with no business ethics than I recommend Server Pronto for your dedicated server, if you don't want to get ripped off, go elsewhere.

After ordering two dedicated servers from this Server Pront we found that the servers were very poor. My technician said that it appeared they stuck cpus in systems that could not hadle them.

We had two servers from Server Pronto and our website was perfoming so much slower than the host we had moved from - we spent 30 man hours with a consultant trying to fix the issues- but the consultatn said it was not our code or the DataBase it was the very weak servers at ServerPronto that were the issue.

WE quickly moved back to our old host and performance jumped back to normal.

We canceled our service with Server Pronto - that was 32 days ago. They acknowledged our termination via email and tried to convince us to stay and that they would work on servers to make them faster.  We declined.

Today they billed my card again - they told me that we did not do the proper paperwork (which they never request in our termination ticket.)

Today they stole $600 from my small business.
