Serverpronto Worst customer service Miami FL

I joined Serverpronto on Oct 3, 2014.  I never performed any research on the company and to that I blame myself.  If you are looking for a company to host your site, stay far away from Serverpronto.  I was having trouble with my cpanel so at 4am on the 9th of Oct I tried contacting Serverpronto.  Around 6:38am with no luck, I ended up contacting sales and a representative helped me after I said I wanted to cancel my service.  After he created a ticket for me, It took over an hour for me to get somebody.  As of right now 8:20am est I finally got somebody.  Over 4 hours later.  This is the worst company to do business.  Try Codero or AIT.  Serverpronto has the worst customer service by far.  Avoid by any means.  I'm afraid I will not receive a refund even though I am before the 7 day period.
