ServerPronto.com is a terrible company, regardless of any services offered.
I did business with them in 2004, but left unsatisfied. I canceled the way they instructed, and everything seemed to be over. Whew!
Wrong! In 2006 I got all sorts of email harassment that I had an outstanding balance. I wasted a lot of time sending them proof that I had canceled and was paid in full, but I finally just ignored them.
After 3 years of silence I just now (at the end of 2009) got another email from them saying they were going to report me to the credit reporting agencies if I don't pay my balance, and even said they were going to try to charge my card again (totally illegal after this long and several expiration dates). Fortunately I canceled that card long ago. Suckers!
Don't do business with this company ever! My story is hardly unique, and the internet is flooded with stories like mine about ServerPronto.
Why are businesses like this always from Florida? Don't you guys have police, government, pitchforks, or torches down there?
