ServiceMagic is calling new and old business owners to get them inrolled in they're internet program to receive "Leads" from clients on the web searching for services. They never tell you that you'll be charge for every lead that they are going to send you and you'll receive hundreds of leads that range from $20.00 to $30.00 each without knowing if those are from real clients or not. The day after a background check and accepted me as a member to serviceMagic they started imailing me "leads" or information on clients needing my services, days later I've notice all the charges for each of those leads. I called them to cancel the program and get a refund but they refused claiming that they don't give money back instead they switched me to the "pay per lead" program that allow you to accept or reject the lead before getting charge for it, but once again I started getting a charge of $29.99 for not accepting any lead without previous advise. ServicesMagic is one of the worse company to give business to.
