sessom&rogers are nothing but bottom feeders working for bottom feeders they work for unifund and all the low class collection companies.i had an account with fleet and got behind on my bill and it was charged off the next thing i know i was getting a letter from sessoms&rogers stating that i was going to be sued unless i made arrangements to pay unifund 11000.00 and there fees of 1100.00 they are just down right trashy lawyers and what makes it bad the judges that you go before are on their side so it is a no win situation. so everyone will know stuart sessoms died in 2006 so it is just lee rogers and that othe piece of trash that joined the firm zimbola are whatever his name is.

I also have been contacted by Sessoms & Rogers about a debt they are trying to collect from Unifund CCR. It is part of a idenitity fraud that stared 12+ years ago. Before anyone had heard of such a thing. I have repeatedly requested proof of this debt primarily the original application and they have never sent anything except a letter stating "Information Verified". They have also went as far as obtaining a Judgement agaisnt me which I have now been trying to correct for over 2 years! I have paid another lawyer to send a letter on my behalf.....Sessoms sent another letter saying I had never disputed the debt with them even though I have proof of disputing it more than 4 times with Unifund.
They seem to not care if they have the correct person but would happily accept me having to pay someone else debt to make this go away. My local Sheriffs dept has even verified that I am not the person they are looking for but they simply do not care.
They are now asking me to send them a copy of my social secrutiy card! Are you kidding me...then they really would have my information. Sorry I am not quite that stupid.
They are very dirty, unscruplous bottom feeders!
Beware of this co.
