Ordered the Acai Berry and Total Cleanse free samples from a link on Oprah's website. I thought since it was on Oprah's site, she'd only allow legitimate links. WRONG. Got the Acai Berry sample today, no Total Cleanse. No shipping charge was ever charged to my bank account for the Total Cleanse. Tried calling the number but there is no ring, no voice, nothing. Tried the online chat for help, NO RESPONSE. So, now I can't cancel. Tried the number on the Total Cleanse site, got a guy who just takes cancelations, and when I said I wanted to cancel my future auto-shipment, he asked for my order number, I know I read it correctly 3 times, but he said that order number did not exist. This is a total hassle, and unprofessional, and feels like I've been scammed. If anyone knows how to get in touch with these people, PLEASE CONTACT ME.
