sgv bicycles retrospec bikes ripoff no customer service Internet

   Company took money for preorder frame one month before frame was due. One week after first promised delivery date I received mass email apologizing for not having frame and told to wait another two weeks.  
  Three weeks later, another email apologizing and still no frame. Told to wait another two weeks. Threeweeks later still no frame, another promised date. Contacted company and didnt get response after two emails.
   I emailed to let them know I was contacting BBB. I received email claiming that it was another companies fault. I asked for refund. They emailed explaining that they would refund asap, but it will take five to seven days to show up on account.
    Twelve days later I emailed that I didnt receive refund. They sent me refund confirmation that was processed that day. Twelve days after I asked for refund. 
   This company takes your money and purposely screws up orders so they dont have to fix it. They also own Retrospec bikes which are really crappy bikes
