sgv bicycles Retrospec bikes scam ripoff Internet

     I preordered a frame from these guys on 3/26/12 for 4/26/12 delivery. It is 6/2/12 and I still have no frame. Only two mass emails to apologize a week after both promised dates.
    They will not answer phone or respond to emails personally explaining their lack of service. As of now its 7 days past 3rd promised date.
    I asked for refund on 6/6/12, I was promised refund ASAP in 5-7 business days. 6/18/12 I contacted them about refund not posting. They sent me refund confirmation done on 6/18/12. 12 days after promised refund. 
      I have ordered from them before. I got a bike from them and the spokes were so loose that they were not rideable. It was one of those Retrospec bikes which is their other company. Contacted guy and he couldnt do anything but have me pay to ship wheels back.
