So I signed-up, paid the $4.95 trial fee and was getting emails from this site - got lots of emails from this site. Everything seemed just fine. However we are all entitled to change our minds, which is what I did.
My plans had changed, so I went on-line, cancelled my account, received an email that it had been disabled - great! Two days later, I see a $100+ charged to my credit card!!!! Imagine my shock.. turns out the automatic renewal was set to go through and it did not appear to matter that I cancelled. So I send an email (yes to "Jonathan") - surprise surprise.....no response!!
So here I am filing this report, but I am not done yet. Trying to contact them again to see what can be done - after reading some of the reports here though I am not so sure - but I have to try. Maybe just maybe they will come through - and if they do I will be back to update this for the better. And if they don't, I will be back to update this to add to the sour taste this has left so far.

So I said I would be back and I am..... with a POSITIVE OUTCOME!
I took the Rip Off Reports advice and advised the company that I had filed a report and was prepared to Update depending on their response and they came through!!!! I went on the on-line chat and "Becky" confirmed that I would get an answer within 24 hours.... in fact it took less than 24 minutes! I received a confirmation of a Refund and 2 days later my credit card was credited!...... Not sure what happened to other consumers in the past on this one but it appears "Jonathan" may not be so bad afterall....
