My ex owes over $38,000 in child support, including arrearages, for my daughter. He has lived with his parents (rent free) or has been in jail or prison for most of my daughter's life and he is now collecting disability for drug addiction. This aid is not attached or garnished and needless to say, he's made no effort to pay any fraction of his child support.

This guy has NEVER made a SINGLE voluntary payment and the total payments I've received from the few occasions he's held a job that wasn't under the table amount to less than $1,500, by my best estimate. Of course, he's quit every job where his wages were attached within weeks.

It's bad enough he's not living up to his responsibilty to my daughter nor is he making any effort to do so. I want everyone to TASTE THE ICING ON THE CAKE: THIS GUY'S DEADBEAT LIFESTYLE IS BEING SUBSIDIZED BY THE TAXPAYERS.
