I am a single mother and you have Ripped ME and my daughter off $!850! I have gained nothing from this CPN thing! I initially contacted you to fix my credit and you convinced me this was better! You Lied! You fed me high hopes and you lied to me!!! Once you recieved my $1850, you answer emails only when you feel like it, which in most cases is days later, and you have never answered the phone when I call!!!! And I have called each of the 4 phone numbers that you text from!

I called you one day from my phone number you didnt answer, I turned around and called from a different number acting like a new customer you answered RIGHT AWAY! How is that? You are just out to take ppl money and take your family on luxurious Miami Vacations, that you bragged about to me on the phone, while Im here waiting on you to produce! Your website clearly in Bold letters state it takes you 30-60 days to complete a profile, which is lie #1! It took you nearly 4 months just to get the profile! Then you told me it was done but I could not apply for anything bc the "Contract" states that you have to secure funding for me before I can use the profile for myself. So now tacks nearly a month added! You claim you built me a wonderful profile that I CAN NOT use! I have sent you every email of Denial every company sends! I have sent you what the bank and every credit card company has sent me, which when I call they all transfer me to the FRAUD department!

I asked you for a refund yesturday and you got upset and told me you DO NOT Refund, when we previously had a conversation where you stated you refunded a woman her money after you attempted to make her a 2nd profile for FREE! I am only stating FACTS! I am not lying on you to make your business look bad but In actuality you are a FAKE! I will be posting every EMAIL and TEXt Message to Back Up what I have stated! You FRAUD out of $1850 and dragged me along always saying well next week you will get something, and next week I never got anything! Since You stated ppl dont tell what they gained can you tell the ppl what I GAINED????? Bc my answer to the ppl is NOTHHHHHHHIIIIIIINNNNNNGGGGGGG!!!!!! PPPL be aware of this company and this GUY! Save yourself a headache! I promise that is all this company guarantee!!!!!!

Our clients sign an agreement for us to build and deliver a finished credit profile to them for their available use in obtaining personal credit for their own personal use. We of course do this for a fee. We delivered this finished profile to the client and added an extra tradeline at our expense. We never guarantee what approvals a client will get based on the profile, geographic area, employment information, rent, utilitiy expenses provided, etc...The client will never tell you what they will get or have gotten with the profile. They will only complain about what they did not receive. And...once they ultimately receive what they get, this complaint remains on this site for everybody to see! Remember...opinions are not facts. It's a very unfair policy and there will be changes made when the court approves the lawsuit. We have uploaded a copy of the finished profile for you to see.
