Shapell Homes Shapell industries Inc, Worse Builder in California Beverly Hills, California

I would not buy a house form Shapell today even if they gave it to me for free, First, their quality has gone from bad to worse since Mr. Shapell passed away in 2007. The houses are not only overcharge for upgrades as they are already
overpriced.

I am also wondering why this company would hire personal that were laid off from Centex and Pulte Homes, as this companies are known to build cheaper quality homes.

Yes they have warranty, so what?  Each time they need to fix something, such as water leak and structure damage, mold issues, which is very often, they always come with the same excuse that is not their fault, so be careful whit this
company.

Also I find very strange that all new hiring from Shapell Homes come from Centex that is basically no longer and was purchased by Pulte Homes? Centex Homes was sold to avoid Bankruptcy because their employees were unqualified

Here are the link to their LinkedIn profiles, I also think its estrange that this people are all used to worked for the same company and they all exaggerate their actual positions and duties as they are trying to mislead with their fake profiles.

Taking about Exaggerations! Read their resume post in Linkedin carefully, and look at the discrepancies, as well as stating that they are consultants, which is a short for being fired, do not make me laugh!
