Sharenet Communications Charged me $25.59 for a four minute call Santa Monica, CAPhoenix Arizona

I made a local call collect from Santa Monica to Malibu on Saturday June 9th at 1:04 pm. The duration was 4 minutes. This particular telephone box said that for three minute collect call would be a charge $1. At no time while the call was being made did I receive any notice of any other fees being charged or an operator telling me that the charge would be $25.59. I made the call in good faith and because I did not have any change. If I did have change the call in question would have cost me less than 75c.

I called the company to resolve the issue but due to poor customer service the lady did not understand what I was trying to tell her and she eventually hung up the line. I made the call but I was under the impression that I was going to be charged a reasonable amount. $25 for a four minute call is not a reasonable amount in fact it amounts to highway robbery!
