I placed an order for a Valentine's Day special with Berries.com the cost of which was $19.99. The shipping charges which totaled $30 were not revealed until after my credit card was confirmed. I immediately called the customer service number to cancel my order because of the deceptive way in which the shipping charges were not revealed. I was told my order would be cancelled but that my refund would take 28 days before it was credited to my account. Any help you can offer will be appreciated
