Sharon Easley Cost us our case and our daughter Plano Texas

We paid Sharon's retainer fee in full and from the very start she did not file our initial response to my ex's lawyer on time. She was days late and blamed her software. This was after I struggled to get in touch with her. We wanted to go to trial and she kept talking us out of it and telling us just to let our daughter go live with her Dad because a judge would let her do whatever she wanted despite the fact the my ex was in contempt of court. She did nothing to help us. We eventually accepted mediation but it took so long, due to her refusal to speak to us, so we changed our minds because there were several troubling revelations that developed, regarding my ex. She ignored them all. We told her to enforce our current orders and she refused to do it. She told us her daughter was good friends with my ex-husband's lawyer.

Sharon was handing him this case and giving my ex every advantage. This final round with her we told her to enforce the orders yet again. She asked us to come to her office to meet. I could not so my husband went. First he went in to schedule and was turned away. Then he was told someone would call him to schedule. Then Sharon emailed me and gave me three times to choose from. I picked one and confirmed. He shows up and she had no idea he had an appointment and blamed me for not calling her to be her personal secretary and remind her of her obligation to meet with my husband which I made sure she was aware of. He shows her the e-mails proving that the time was set by her and e-mails showing how hard she is to get a hold of and then she blew a gasket and kicked him out of her office.

He's the one paying her retainer and had already been to other appointments. After that I get an email from her calling my husband a bully (for holding her accountable) and her saying she's not going to take that from a man and then she tries to pawn us off on her associate who allegedly had the patience for what she called abusive men. Even after her insults and kicking out my husband for doing nothing but showing up to the appointment she set and showing her where she did that, she refuses to give us the portion of the retainer she did not earn. I have a long string of e-mails spanning months to prove not only how lost she is on her own cases, but also how unprofessional and abusive she is towards her own clients. She actually got into an argument via e-mail with me to insult my husband and blame me for her actions.
