I had purchased the Sheer Cover in February, but only wanted it for one month. They offered a shipment once a month and my account would be charged automatically. I refused since I wanted to try the product first. On February 6th I was charged. I never received the product, but was charged again on March 9th and on March 17th.

I called they claimed they send it to the wrong address. I then received the product in April and was charged again on April 14th and on May 12th.

I called the company several times to have those charges taken off. Five time to be exact! I finally filed a dispute with my Credit card and canceled the card. Then On July 27th I get a letter in the mail that my account is past due and I will be send to collection. I have a lot of patience with people but this pushed me over the top. I called again and was very direct and upset with the Person on the other line and told them straight out that I will be reporting them to the Rip-Off Report online. I demanded to have a statement send to me showing with a zero balance.

We will see if this goes any further. Bad company to deal with. They either have no experience how to run a business or they are really brainless
