it started a got a letter from shellco credit systems saying i owe them $10000 dollars ....i flipped and called them as soon as i could....i talk to a man about making payment arrangements he kept telling me that as of now i owe $4700 but they are in the process off filling for $6000 dollar more ....i asked him how that was possible in which case he went off and kept repeating himself....about how much i owe and that the were filling for more....i was recently seperated and i told him so....so he started acting nice asking alot of personal questions....even going as far as to tell me my seperated wifes balances on her credit cards etc...i didnt ask about any of this....so i bit and he said he'd talk to the "boss" about a settlement payment he asked where he could reach me for the next few hours when found out how much and we could make arrangements....so i gave him my cell number...dreading the whole time that id be getting repeated "important calls" from this place....but that never happened and and i didnt hear from him until a few months latter when he called my work "trying to track me down" and tell then that he needed me to call to settle a judgement...

wow i thought that was illegal to disclose that kind of information to a person that it doesnt pretain to. well i called right away....as so as i got ahold of him he went on a rant about how he and to track me down and how it gunna cost me more money...and when i said that i had given him my phone number to get a hold of me and he didnt call me back about how much they would settle for....he lost it and called me a liar and said it said in his computer that i was suppose to call him back...which is odd because i did call him back that day....after i figured out how much i could afford to pay....then like a switch...he started saying hell cut me a break and asked if i could put up some money for good faith he said if i could give him something to go to the big wigs with so they dont get mad at him.......and he again said that they where filling for the same amount of money as a few months earlier which struck me as odd as  i said simply that it was the same as the last time.and when i told him that i could afford the same amount as we had talked about in the earlier convos....he freaked out saying i was a child...saying adults know how to save there money and good luck and hung up on me.....

so as it sits im waiting to see if hes full of it and to see if they are going to garnish my wages....ive already filed a complaint with consumer services...and in the process of getting a lawyer to represent me in this matter....ive had enough of them and there terror tactics....its time to fight back
