Everything went very well, we were contacted by a ShippingQuest expert who walked us through the process, our labels and bills of lading were emailed to us and we were able to track our shipment until it arrived to the door in Colombia. The price was lower then everyone else that we have contacted and the service was fast. Within 4 weeks my boxes arrived. Everything was in the same condition. ShippingQuest agent cleared customs for us, we did have some fees to pay as was advised and expected and but seemed inline with the information we received. Over all we received a good service and we are very satisfied since we were very stressed out being it was the first time we shipped anything. ShippingQuest answered all of our questions, they were very professional and provided useful information to me.
