Shop Jeen Stolen Egg. Ruined Halloween. Rip-Off. Internet

Shop Jeen is a strictly online business. They have several ads on a variety of social media networks on which I first heard of them and got the isdea to order something. I ordered 1 egg poncho to go with my costume for Halloween. from them on Oct. 16, 2014 for a total purchase of $16. After my transaction went through, the website told me I would receive my package within 2-5 business days. I did not however get a confirmation email. 5 business days had passed, and I had not received my poncho. I decided to email Shop Jeen at info@shopjeen.com. I had not heard back. 1week had passed, and it was closer to Halloween, and I still did not have my costume. I tweeted at the Shop Jeen account, and had not gotten a response. After 2 weeks, I called my credit card company and found out my credit card had been charged, but I had not gotten my order from the website. Halloween passed, and it is almost Thanksgiving, and I still have not heard from Shop Jeen nor receive my product I ordered over 1 month ago.
