On April 19th, 2013 my daughter made a website purshase with Shop Jeen for $338.19. After my 15 days my order had not arrive, so I contacted Shop Jeen and Shop Jeen had the wrong addrees. Shop Jeen apologies and put the correct address in the system. After waiting an additional 15 days for my daughter package I never received the items. Shop Jeen told me to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. My credit card company gave me the charges back. Shop Jeen than denied my disputed, so my credit card company place the charges back on my account. I contacted Shop Jeen back and they told me that there was nothing they could do, because they never recieved the items back. I was told by Shop Jeen the only thing they could do was to give me 30% of my next purchase. I asked them if they could send my daughter items back to her. They told me no. Dana Jacksonville, Fl
