shop nbc and v2premier ripoff victimized many consumers Eden Prairie Minnesota

In July 2002 we ordered a v2premier from shopnbc,and ever since we pluged it in its been nothing but a headache.We have had to contact tech support at least 10 times.And of course each time you call your on hold for at least a 1/2 hour before you get to talk to any body.

We bought this computer to run 3 small business's sitting on hold for that amount of time ties up our phone line and customers can't get through.so now having this computer is costing us money.

We tried to contact shopnbc and they won't even get back to us.All we asked for is for them to keep their word and send on site support.We were amazed to see how many other complaints there were from the same companys,we agree with the person who said there should be a civil suit brought against these two companies.
