Shop Nbc V2premier ripoff sold me a lemon Internet Worldwide

Shop Nbc and V2premier have spent a good hundred hours on repairs and fixes in less then a year's time. My Dvd still does not work. Sold me a lemon. Nationwide, internet .....

Have spent many hours doing full recoveries on my DVD in the past year. Shop Nbc and V2premier has had to replace the tv tuner, cd drive, and the hard drive will be next.

This is not fair to me as a consumer. I paid good money for this lemon. It has good name brand parts but nothing seems to work properly for more then 2 or three weeks.

When you call support you have a good 30 to 40 minute wait to talk with support. Then they tell you they are only allowed 15 minutes per call after you waited 30 minutes to talk to them.

If they cannot fix the problem you do a full recovery. Which takes many hours to reinstall akk software and hardware. I have done this eight times in a year. Then you find out text support did no what they were doing. Check my records with the company on support you will see I have worked with over 20 support reps in 10 months time. My Dvd still does not work. I am just a tired consumer who just wants the company to do right by me.
