Shop Nbc, Gemstarusa/vivitek/jim Peterson I ordered a 56 inch dlp gemstar t.v. from shop nbc beleiving everything Eden Prairie Minnesota

i ordered a 56 inch rear projection tv from shop nbc had it for several months, when it started shutting on and off on its own until finally it quit altogether i called shop nbc they told me to call the manufacturer of which i did i kept getting the runaround i talked to many people in custermer service with shop nbc and demanded to talk to mitch cook who is head of customer service at shop nbc was told that he was away almost had a nervous breakdown dealing with this matter finally after a lot of arguing had an appointment with a repair service through gemstar usa they stood me up three times after i had waited all day finally the fourth time the technition showeed up and replaced almost everything in including the lamp it did okay for a few months now its has the same problem have to spend money to get it repaired again i have lost over 2000.00 dollars on this purchase i would tell anyone not to purchase from shop nbc they definitly will not stand behind thier electronics.

They do not care about the customer unfortionatly i used a credit card and paid in full or i would not have paid
