I ordered a DVI cable and DVI to Component converter. The products were fine but it was sent to the wrong address. I needed the products for one day and what good is it if the product is sent to anywhere else other than where I needed it. Obviously, I would have no use for it after that date so I decide to send it back.
I ask the company to pay for the shipping of the product back because it is simply not fair to have to pay to return something that was sent to the wrong address.
Failing to accept their error, they give me attitude and refuse to pay for the shipping. Do NOT buy from them, they take no responsibility whatsoever for their own mistakes.
