1. (April 2009) ordered bracelet and earring set from their website - after receiving the set kept getting packages from company with no invoice or return info - unordered packages were being charged automatically to my credit card

2. automatic charges caused me to go over my credit limit

3. cancelled "membership" and asked about return policy (May 2009)

4. returned 10 of 12 shipments (June 2009)

5. called regarding credit for returns was told only 1 return received (July 2009)

6.  called regarding credit for returns was told 5 returns received and credit will take 5-7 business days (August 2009)

Over $800 dollars charged to my cc plus interest and credit limit fees
